Chocolate for breakfast.  It’s that kind of a Saturday morning!

Chocolate banana smoothie

1 banana

1 cup non-dairy milk, unsweetened

2 dates, chopped

2 tablespoons oatmeal

1 tablespoon cacao powder (or cocoa)

dash of vanilla, salt and lemon juice

Directions

1.  Blend until smooth.  Refrigerate until chilled.  Drink until content.
