This morning I made almond butter.  I can’t make almond butter around people I don’t know well, because I tend to eat slightly embarrassing quantities of it.  Especially when it’s still warm and runny.  My sister and I dove into the warm almond butter with slices of granny smith apple.  When my sister ate this, she said it tasted like brownies. 

Almond butter

3 cups raw almonds

1/3 cup virgin coconut oil

Directions

1.  Process until smooth.
