Mexican Hot Chocolate
1 cup lite coconut milk
1/2 cup water
2 heaping tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch cayenne
pinch salt
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Whisk until smooth. Serve hot.
NOTE: You could also use 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk, and 1 cup water. I just happened to have lite coconut milk on hand.
