Artichoke Hummus

Here is another variation on hummus.  If you added a handful of spinach, and maybe even a spoonful of nutritional yeast, this could very easily be a spinach and artichoke hummus.  -Amanda

Artichoke Hummus

1 can chickpeas, drained

1 can artichokes, drained

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 lemon, juiced

1 teaspoon grapeseed oil

black pepper

1 teaspoon olive oil, for garnish

paparka, for garnish

 

Directions

1.  Place all ingredients (except paprika and olive oil) in a food processor.  Pulse until desired smoothness is reached.

2.  Drizzle with olive oil and dust with paprika.

3.  Enjoy! 🙂
