At the risk of turning this into a smoothie blog, I felt I needed to post another green one. This was spicy and super delicious! It would be a great breakfast or afternoon snack. -Amanda
Spicy Ginger Green Smoothie
1/2 cup parsley, leaves and stems
1 1/2 cup honeydew or other melon
1/2 inch fresh ginger, grated
1. Puree in a blender until smooth. Start with 1 cup of water and adjust to your desired thickness.
