Wild Blueberry Chia Seed Jam

Thank you to Oh She Glows’ inspiration for a tasty breakfast treat!  i borrowed her idea for “Magical Blueberry Vanilla Chia Seed Jam” with gorgeous results.  Enjoy!  -Amanda

Blueberry Chia Seed Jam

1 cup wild blueberries

2 tablespoons chia seeds


1.  In a saucepan, heat wild blueberries until they begin to burst.

2.  Turn off the heat.  Add chia seeds.

3.  Allow to cool, and store in the refrigerator up to one week.
