Kaleberry Smoothie

I’ve had a few super busy mornings this week.  This is so simple:  it only requires two ingredients.  I find it really delicious, and it’s easy to pour into a coffee mug to take to work or, in my case, school! -Amanda

Kaleberry Smoothie

1 cup kale leaves, torn

1 cup frozen mixed berries

Water, to cover

Directions

1.  In a blender, puree until smooth.
