Rosemary, Plum and Almond Toast

This looks so elegant, but I am not an elegant eater.  I’m pretty sure I ended up with honey on my elbows and bread crumbs all over the place.  Still… so worth it! -Amanda

Rosemary, Plum and Almond Toast

Serves 1

1 slice toast

2 tablespoons almond butter

1 plum, sliced

1 teaspoon fresh chopped rosemary

1/2 tablespoon honey or other sweetner

sea salt

 

Directions.

1.  Spread the almond butter on the toast.  Layer on the plum slices.  Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
