In France radishes are served with soft butter and sea salt as a snack or appetizer. Avocado’s are like vegan butter. I’ve used the traditional French radish and butter “recipe” as inspiration for this yummy toast. The same elements are present: the creamy canvas, the sharp, spicy radish, and a generous sprinkling of salt. Enjoy! -Amanda
Avocado and Radish Toast
2 slices toast
generous dash of sea salt
2 radishes, thinly sliced
1. Mash the avocado with the juice of one lemon and sea salt.
2. Spread the mashed avocado on to the toast.
3. Layer the radish slices on top.
