Winter Holiday Party

Thank you to all the lovely friends who came out to celebrate with us last night!  Most of the food we served was vegan, so I wanted to include the full menu here:  Beet, Apple and Endive Salad with Pistachio Lemon Champagne Vinaigrette;  Black Cherry Balsamic Onion Tart;  French Apple Tart;  Stuffed Dates with Almonds and Rose Petals; Spiced Olives;  Spiced Pecans;  Mince Pies;  Homemade Peppermint Patties;  Mulled Wine; and Cranberry Rosemary Cocktails.  We forgot to bake the gingerbread, but I’m pretty sure no one left hungry.
